The Executive Committee Members have been actively engaged in the development of this organization from the creation of the name and logo to drafting governing documents.  The Executive Committee wants this program to be a model for the positive impact youth can have on their community when they conjoin their time, talent and treasure on a project.  Members will identify the needs within Ripley County, will devise a strategy to address those identified needs and will carry out that plan.  Members will also be taught the importance of being good stewards of charitable dollars from fundraising to grant making.

Ripley Youth Outreach will extend into each participating high school in the 2015-16 school year.  The Executive Committee is seeking local student members who are called to service and who want to improve the quality of life in Ripley County.  If you want to be a part of spreading philanthropy through your school district, contact your student representative or contact the Foundation office via email at office@rccfonline.org.
