3rd Cycle Small Grants Awarded

The Ripley County Community Foundation recently awarded 3rd Cycle Small Grants.  The purpose of a small grant is to assist a charitable organization with needs arise during the calendar year.  Congratulations to this year’s recipients:

    • Batesville Area Historical Society ($500.00) – to enhance the “All Aboard Train Display,” by purchasing items such as buildings, signs, and bridges
    • Jac-Cen-Del High School Art Department ($500.00) – to purchase equipment (wedging board, kiln shelves, and banding wheels) for the new Ceramics Program
    • Phi Beta Psi XI Chapter Sorority ($500.00) – to support the Cancer Patient Assistance program
    • Southeastern Indiana Dance ($500.00) – to assist with operating costs
    • St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church ($500.00) – to support the Cemetery Capital Campaign, which is designed to enhance and upgrade the cemetery
