Ball State University’s Indiana Communities Institute is working with the Ripley and Franklin County Community Foundations in developing and reinforcing regional partnerships. On July 19th and 20th local key stakeholders from both counties discussed regional opportunities and needs and developed a comprehensive Community-Based Action Plan that identifies projects which will enhance our region.
