Strikeout Hunger

Invest in feeding local children who would otherwise go hungry on weekends. To participate in Strikeout Hunger, you may donate a dollar amount for the strikeouts your favorite team pitches to support the program. At the end of the season, all donations are collected & granted to Batesville Primary School, Jac-Cen-Del, Milan, South Ripley, & Sunman Elementary Schools. These funds support the Weekend BackSack Program, which sends a backpack of food home with students that otherwise would not be provided food on the weekends. The Ripley County Community Foundation is a 501(c)(3) charitable organization & all donations are tax deductible.
