Organizations that received a grant from the Ripley County Community Foundation prior to January 1, 2023, need to complete one of the appropriate grant report forms listed below. If your organization received a grant after January 1, 2023, the point of contact for your organization should login into the Grants Portal to complete their report.
All grant reports are due 6 months, or 180 days after the grant award date and have to be submitted through the online grant reporting system. Organizations awarded a grant are given a detailed list of questions and information that they will be expected to fill out when submitting the final grant report at the time they receive their check.
