RCCF awards a $3,000 grant to Kids Discovery Factory to support the organization’s growth from being purely volunteer based to hiring paid staff! “RCCF is proud to assist KDF in their time of transition. Our communities are blessed with multiple historical museums which are preserving and sharing our history. KDF is a logical extension of the museum offerings within Ripley County because its mission is to spark creativity and instill a love of learning in the next generation,”stated Amy Streator, RCCF executive Director. Streator also noted, “In 2018, the Sally Morris Impact Grant Program was focused on downtown revitalization and KDF’s long term goals align with RCCF’s plan. This grant is a small, but vital step, in assisting KDF in achieving its ultimate goal of opening a museum in Ripley County.”
