The Ripley County Community Foundation plays a vital role in fostering educational opportunities through its diverse array of scholarships. These scholarships serve as a beacon of hope and empowerment for individuals in our community, offering financial assistance to those who aspire to pursue higher education. Whether it be through a four year university or trades schools such as cosmetology or diesel mechanic school, we offer scholarships for a variety future career paths.
Scholarships are more than just financial aid; they represent a pathway to achievement and personal growth. By alleviating the financial burden of tuition fees, textbooks, and other educational expenses, scholarships open doors for students who might otherwise find their dreams of furthering their education out of reach. By investing in education, we are investing in the future of Ripley County.
In 2025, the Ripley County Community Foundation paid out over $124,000 in scholarship dollars. We distributed a total of 56 scholarships and assisted 69 deserving students with their higher education.
