RCCF Celebrates their 20th Anniversary with Proactive Granting

Ripley County Community Foundation marks their 20th Anniversary in 2017 .  In 1997 a group of innovative individuals came together to create a permanent source of   grant dollars to benefit the quality of life in Ripley County.  Together, and with the assistance of Lilly Endowment and The Rising Sun Regional Foundation, they established the Ripley County Community Foundation.

Amy Streator noted, “In appreciation for those 20 years of support, the Board of Directors will grant $2,000 each month to a local organization which is striving to improve the quality of life for those they serve.  Each month, the Board of Directors will highlight a specific community or area of Ripley County, and will surprise an organization serving that area of the county with one of our 20th Anniversary Grants.”
