2023 Fall Intern

The Ripley County Community Foundation would like to welcome our newest intern, Carson Phillips! During his internship, Carson will assist with general office duties while gaining professional experience. He will intern with us for the first semester of his senior year at Oldenburg Academy.

Carson shares his excitement for this internship by saying, “I’ve always wanted to know how a nonprofit organization operates. Thanks to the Ripley County Community Foundation, I get to give back to the community, learn how to form connections, and run organizations.”

The Foundation’s internship program seeks to, “engage local young people into the work of the Community Foundation in hope that they will become lifelong philanthropists,” according to the Foundation’s Executive Director, Amy Streator.
